When is it the right time to be hiring entertainment? We've asked clients and entertainers alike and it seems that the current trend is to book last minute. Why?
According to many of our regular clients, they are holding back on booking their usual events so far in advance to ensure the funds are available. Yes they're pointing the finger at the economy. However more interestingly, many are saying that they do have the money to do it however in many cases can not be seen to be splashing out on lavish events like they have in past years.
Thje bad news is that Kennedy's diary is often booked up months in advance, so many events are having to be refused which makes us feel awful.That said, there are some instances when we have been able to slot last-minute bookings in and help people out at short notice.
We will have to see where this mad economy leads us.
