- He will perform for the stated time.
- His presentation will be unique and memorable.
This is our Guarantee and if such proof is given to the effect that this is not completed then we will be more than happy to give you a full refund. (Terms and Conditions can be found below)
Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee
The guarantee is in place to protect the client and to create reassurances that Kennedy's presentation at an event will meet the intentions of the client.
However if the client or any third party should request or conduct some action that prevents Kennedy from adhering to the guarantee then it shall be deemed void. For example if the event is running late and this results in less time being allowed for Kennedy's performance this shall be deemed outside of Kennedy's control and thus no refunds can be made. The refund only applies to situations within Kennedy's control and third party error can not be our responsibility.
